So, apparently I won/ was nominated for the Stylish Blogger award because Tony at West of Mayberry won it and passed it on to me.

Before I get started, let me say a few things about Tony in case some of you are unfamiliar with his blog. Tony is a tall country boy from the Tennessee Smokey Mountains who lives with and cares for his Granny who is in her nineties. He works as a house painter and has a serious relationship with an older man he calls the attorney. He is a gifted writer and story teller. If you haven’t read his blog, you don’t know what you are missing.

I was really flattered that Tony even reads my blog, moreover, nominated me.

The award is really a meme because it comes with directions.

Basically you link back to whoever nominated you, list seven things about yourself, and nominate and contact 5 others.

Seven things:

1. I’ve recently taken up photography and I just love it!
2. Taking my bicycle on a long ride makes me really happy!
3. To reduce migraines and hot flashes I’ve had to give up decaf coffee, and I’m really missing it!
4. I’m looking forward to pose running this spring!
5. I don’t like loud noises!
6. I feel like a little kid all the time!
7. I want to do things I am not strong enough to do – why am I so weak and frail?

Five nominees (in no particular order):

1. Unnatural Devotions – I really cannot say enough about Doug and his blog. Doug has an obsession about bodybuilders and posts photos of them endlessly. He also draws, paints, writes poetry, reads tarot cards, does photography, writes stories as well as book and movie reviews, plus he reviews porn. He has to be one of the most intelligent and creative people I know on the blogosphere. Visiting his blog is a must!
2. Roids N Rants – The absolute classic! Erik maintains this blog that many consider to be the classic of all porn blogs. Many times, Erik will just post one photo that says it all eloquently. Of course he is a fan of Tom of Finland! Plus he has published two full stories of his own that are quite entertaining. Required blog reading for sure!
3. Attempted Entertainment – Toni is the global encyclopedia of porn. If it is happening in the world of porn, Toni knows about it and probably has a photo of it on his blog! He’s also a sweetheart!
4. Metro Dystopia – What can I say about Stan? He is a sex pig! And I do mean that in the best of ways! But he is a softie too! If you are into BDSM and other shit like that, you will love his blog!
5. 2 Cents Worth Down Under – I nominate this blog because I have deep respect for the openness and honesty of the blogger, Damien. He writes all about his battles with depression and his weight plus anything else that crosses his mind. It is certainly worth a read!
